You have gotta love these chubby cheeks and blue eyes on this little man!! I had the chance to photograph this cute 6 month old before the holidays. I can’t wait to help capture his first birthday coming up!
Oh and the hair! Gotta love that crazy blonde hair!

I am crazy for newborns. I love love love them!! I feel so blessed to be welcomed into new parent’s homes to photograph their new bundles of joy. Plus I get to cuddle with the babies!
This session was also a new experience for me, my first session in Manhattan. Even though I might sound like a dork I have to say that being a girl from Kansas having a photo session in New York City is kinda cool. Our session was delayed a couple days due to the massive amount of snow dumped on New York after Christmas. We have been dumped on a few more times since then and I think I can speak for anyone in NY and say that we are all sick of the mountains of snow and ready for Spring!!
Well this little man was so precious, love the lips, the hair and those darling little feet!
This is my entry for this weeks i heart faces photo challenge, winter wonderland. This is from earlier this month when we got a HEAVY snow. I had a hard time getting a picture of Zoe since the snow coming down was so thick! A lot of shots ended up showing a flake in front of her face that blocked most of her face, lol. Zoe had a great time eating snow flakes, dancing, singing and running around!
We have gotten more snow this year than we have ever had since we moved to Long Island. I know we have only been here for 3 years, but I’m starting to feel like I’m living back in Minnesota! We lived there for 2 years while my husband got his masters at the University of Minnesota. We moved there in January and did not see the ground until May! Minneapolis was a beautiful city but I don’t think I could live there again, way too cold!
i looovve this one! the colors, the clarity, and all those snowflakes frozen in motion. beautiful!ReplyCancel

I’m so surprised to see Zoe wearing this coat after still. It makes me so happy to see her wearing it as I hardly saw her wear any of the clothes from that retail therapy day! (And the coat made for a great contrast in color for this photo shoot!)ReplyCancel
I love cake smashes to celebrate the 1st Birthday! This was no exception, she was such a doll! Mom got her a beautiful cake and the cutest ruffle cover to make our session even more wonderful.
Do the fall colors get any better than this?! Add a gorgeous family to a gorgeous day then through me in the mix and what do you get? Well see for yourself!
