Wow I can’t believe 2011 is less than a week away!! I am working on getting caught up on my blog posts (and need to figure out why my most recent posts show up wrong) and making some changes for next year. I will be announcing new pricing and packages this week and a new website very soon. If you want to take advantage of my 2010 pricing your session needs to be booked this week! Your session can take place anytime in 2011. Contact me if you are interested or have any questions.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend and I’m looking forward to seeing what 2011 brings!!!

Back in early October I meet my friend out at the park to capture some pictures of her and her two boys. We have been friends since shortly after I moved to Long Island so I have been watching these two little boys grow up. I have have not been able to see them as much as I would like this past year but it was obvious that these brothers are growing up to be best friends and love their mommy!

Oh my goodness, little Liam here is such a cute boy! I was so happy when his mommy contacted me for this newborn session. We have a mutual friend all the way across the country in California.

Mommy is a talented singer, I can just imagine the great lullabies she sings him! Here are a few of my favorite shots….

This week’s
i heart faces photo contest theme is self portrait. I decided to use this self portrait of me preggo with my son Eli. I was huge and having a hard time with preterm labor at this time. I was in and out of the hospital to get the contractions to stop. Luckily they stopped and he only arrived a week early. 🙂

I really need a new self portrait!

I’m excited to be posting this last newborn session I had with baby D, a gorgeous two week old girl. She was the first newborn girl I had in a while. Don’t get me wrong, I love baby boys too, but I was craving a little girl to try out some of my new headbands! I was also able to use my new sling that had just arrived in the mail the week before. I love the sling shots!

She is such a beautiful baby girl! Congratulations to the new parents!

Awww I love the yawn!

All of these photos were taken in the comfort of baby D’s home.
