Oh my goodness, how adorable is this 6 month old chubster!? Her mother is in my mom’s group and wanted to get some shots of her daughter while she still had the rolls.
I recently took a workshop about lighting. I am always working on improving my skills and learning all that I can to better my work.
Here are some shots I took of a newborn model that I practiced on for my workshop. I also wanted to use some of the bright colors that I had not had a chance to use yet.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day!
I enjoyed the day with my family. After Sunday school we headed out to Powell Gardens. It was a beautiful day to walk around and check out the gardens.

Now introducing a cute little newborn boy. His big brother is in my son’s preschool class, they even have the same name and initials, lol.

I hope all you moms have a wonderful Mother’s Day this weekend!! I know I plan on enjoying my weekend with my family along with a date with my hubby tomorrow night! I have had a quite couple weeks here with Swade Studios which had been nice and needed. Starting next week I will be very busy again. I’m working on getting caught up on some blog posts, getting my desk organized, computer cleaned up, catching up on editing and preparing for my new camera.I ordered the newer version of the camera that I have now, D700 – D800, but the new camera requires updates on my computer (editing software) in order to handle the files. Yuk. I’m not computer savvy so everything seems to take way longer than I think it will, lol. I’m also not good at waiting and it sounds like it will be at least another month before I get my camera, booooo.
Oh and I potty trained my son who just turned 3. I think that was my biggest accomplishment!! No more diapers for this momma, Happy Mother’s Day to me!

Meet this beautiful 7 month old little girl. I first met her when she was a newborn. This first photo shows how much she has grown since then. It goes by soo fast!

Meet little baby Max. He was born with a full head of hair and looks like a mini man, in my opinion. He is sooo adorable plus he slept like a dream for me!
